AN INNOVATIVE PRODUCT IN THE SERVICE OF TRADITION

Fishing period from September to December

The family history of the founder of Cinq Degrés Ouest is characterised by generations of oyster farmers who developed their know-how by breeding oysters on the banks of the Bélon River in France. Each added their own little touch of modernity in order to market oysters of ever-greater quality that are recognised by chefs as among the finest in the world.

Our fine oysters from Brittany are therefore mainly sourced from the Cadoret oyster farm. Cultivated in Brittany in the waters off northern Finistère, the oysters are then harvested and refined in the Bélon River. They are recognised for their slightly salty, briny taste and their balanced flesh.

Purified in our basins while we wait to process them, we open them using our special high pressure treatment. This half-shell oyster is incredibly clean without any traces of shell.
